Managing Director of Econsult, with over 25 years of experience in investment banking and financial advisory across Latin America, leading complex transactions in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and restructuring processes.

At Econsult, he plays a key role in the strategic development of the financial advisory practice, supporting business groups, families, and companies in investment decisions, M&A processes, capital raising, and restructurings, both locally and internationally.

Previously, he served as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking Chile at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB), where he led the Corporate Finance practice in the country, with a focus on cross-border M&A and capital markets advisory.

Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Country Head of Lazard in Chile and Peru, where he led the repositioning of the financial advisory practice and participated in several landmark transactions in the local market, including strategic divestitures, international acquisitions, and restructuring processes under Chapter 11.

Earlier in his career, he headed the Investment Banking practice of Itaú BBA in Chile, leading its launch and consolidation, and held senior positions at Banchile Citi Global Markets, Santander Global Banking & Markets, and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, participating in some of the most significant transactions in the Chilean market across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, financial services, and industrial.
