Jorge Muñoz is a Partner at Econsult and is the leader of the Corporate Finance Area.

His practice has been focused on advising local and international companies in strategic M&A processes, raising of capital both in the stock market (IPOs and Increases in Capital) as well as the debt market (bonds and loans).

Prior to Econsult, Jorge Muñoz worked at the predecessor banks of JPMorgan Chase, where he stood out in his role as VP of the banking investment group at their headquarters in New York. He also worked in different positions within Banco de Chile, where he was CEO of Banchile Citi Global Markets, an investment banking area of Banco de Chile, which has been chosen on multiple occasions as the best investment bank in Chile by Deloitte, Euromoney, DF and Latin Finance.
